Position Summary
Zipline Tour Guides are responsible for leading educational, and exhilarating canopy tours while mitigating risk. Guides manage guest experience from check-in through course completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols while maintaining an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.
Guides mitigate risk, conduct inspections, perform rescues when necessary, transport guests to ground school, and create an interpretive narrative highlighting local history, wildlife, ecology, and geology.
Guides work in pairs and operate within a supportive, highly communicative team environment.

Position Summary
Kayak Tour Guides are responsible for leading engaging, and educational kayak tours for guests of varying experience levels. Guides mitigate risk, provide paddling instruction, manage group dynamics, share interpretive information about local wildlife and geology, and create a welcoming and memorable experience for every participant.
