Join us for a magical Moonlight Kayak Tour on the Upper Klamath Canoe Trail, offered on select evenings during the full moon from May through September. Set out just before sunset, paddling through calm waters as the horizon transforms with the golden hues of the evening. Watch in awe as the moon rises, casting its silver glow across the wetlands.
As night falls, we switch on glow-in-the-dark LED lights on your kayak, illuminating your journey back to land. The glass-bottom kayaks light up the water beneath, allowing you to see the depths below as you paddle under the moonlight. This two-hour adventure offers a unique opportunity to experience Oregon’s natural beauty, dark sky, and the serenity of the full moon rising.
