Sunset Kayak Tour

Experience the magic of summer evenings with a Sunset Kayak Tour along the serene Upper Klamath Canoe Trail in the Upper Klamath Wildlife Refuge. As the golden hour approaches, you’ll glide peacefully across the calm waters, watching the sky transform into a canvas of vibrant colors while the world around you quiets down. The rich hues of the setting sun reflect beautifully off the water, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing paddle. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy Oregon’s natural beauty as day transitions to night.

As the sun dips below the horizon, your adventure doesn’t end! We turn on glow-in-the-dark LED lights on each kayak, creating a captivating experience as you paddle back in the dark. The crystal-clear glass-bottom kayaks light up the water beneath, allowing you to see into the depths. These vibrant lights also guide the way back to the boat launch, making for a fun return while you continue to enjoy the beauty of the evening.

Your guide will provide all the necessary gear, including the LED lights, and lead the way. Be sure to reserve this unforgettable summer experience that combines the tranquility of the sunset with the excitement of paddling under the glow of the night.
